|Do you offer Gift Wrapping?|
|All jewelry is sent in quality boxes. We no longer offer gift wrapping because we found people wanted to see the items before they presented them and ultimately paid for gift wrapping they could not use. That being said we understand some people order items and have them sent directly to the recipient with this in mind we are sure to send all items in appropriate boxes.
|What does "Item ships within 24 hours" mean?|
|This means the product is in stock and will leave our facility within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday. Sorry it does not mean you will receive the item in 24 hours - although you could if you chose Next Day Air as your shipping option.|
|What does your packaging look like?|
|All jewelry is sent in quality boxes appropriate for mailing.
Each ring is housed in a classic ring box. Box designs vary by brand.
The outside packaging for our orders does not detail what is inside. We try to use non-descript packaging as well as generic labels. Rest assured if you are having this delivered to your house and you live with the recipient of the gift they will not know what is inside the package unless they open it!
If you are sending this to the recipient they will receive a packing slip but it does not contain any pricing information. It will have your name and address and their name and address as well as a description of the contents.
