This means the product is in stock and will leave our facility within 24/48 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday. Sorry it does not mean you will receive the item in 24 hours or 48 hours - although you could if you chose an express shipping option.

Order Status

IN STOCK items will state this on the description page - these ship Monday through Friday and in most cases ship the same day you place your order as long as you place your order before NOON MST (2PM EST)

MADE to ORDER items will tell you how long it takes on the description page. Typically most MADE TO ORDER rings will take approximately 2-3 weeks to be completed. Some items will ship within 24 to 48 hours however please be aware that all orders placed after 6 P.M. or on the weekend will not be started until the following business day.

Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive an e-mail/text message confirmation. Please note your tracking information may not be available immediately. If you are unable to track the package it is most likely because it has just left our facility and is in transit to the carrier. Please check your tracking number again in about 24 hours.

If you require your item by a specified date you can e-mail us before placing your order to check the availability of the stock item in your finger size and/or the manufacture time. Please e-mail us with the style number, finger size and date by which you require your item.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You will need to call customer service 888-278-9953 or email us to request the change. We will do the best we can to accommodate your request. Be sure to have your order number ready when you call or in the email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please call right away if your ship to address needs to be changed in anyway. We process orders very quickly so it is important to call with these changes. Changing your address in your account will not change any current orders in the system only for future orders. You can also reply to your confirmation email with the change if our offices are closed or if the phone lines are busy.

If you created an account with us simply log into our site to track your order. If you did not create an account please call our our toll-free number 888-278-9953 Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm for an update of your order. You can also email us at sales@claddaghring.com for an update. Please be sure to include your order number when you call or email. 

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that occasionally items may go missing in transit. Because our shipments are insured through USPS, we follow their official protocol for lost or missing packages.

  • The Waiting Period: USPS requires a waiting period before a claim can be filed. For most services (Priority Mail/Ground Advantage), this is 15 days from the date of shipment. FedEx and UPS claims can be filed right away.

  • The Investigation: Once a claim is filed, USPS conducts an internal investigation to locate the package. This typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • Resolution: A claim is considered "closed" once USPS either locates the package and completes the delivery or approves the insurance payout for the loss.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, please email: sales@claddaghRING.com so we can begin the "Missing Mail Search" on your behalf. This is the first step in the USPS recovery process and often helps "nudge" a stuck package back into the system.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE Standard Procedure: To maintain the integrity of the insurance process, we cannot send out a replacement item or issue a refund until USPS has officially closed the claim. This ensures the original package is not simply delayed and prevents duplicate shipments.

Please check your product description page under the picture you will see a notice: i.e PLEASE NOTE: Item is made to order please allow 10 to 14 days for your item to ship or PLEASE NOTE: Item is made to order please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your item to ship. This means that your item is not one that is in stock and must be made before we can ship it. If your product does not have this information on the description page please email us so we can give you an anticipated ship date.

If you received a damaged item, you have 72 hours to contact us so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and if possible, send us pictures of all the damage. You may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date. Please contact us at 888-278-9953 or sales@claddaghRING.com with your order number.

CladdaghRING.com by UCTUK, LLC is a company based in the United States of America. All items ship from Colorado, USA.

You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by your local customs officials. 

Please note: When placing an order with us, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are not included and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For details regarding these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Important: CladdaghRING.com is not liable for any delays resulting from the customs clearance process in your country. The release of your package is entirely at the discretion of your local customs authorities, and we have no influence over their procedures or timelines.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of your order. To view estimated shipping charges, you may add your selected items to the shopping cart.

During sign-up/checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During checkout, you may select any available payment option to place your order. We accept all major credit cards—please choose Shop Pay to pay with a credit card. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Google Pay.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. In stock items ship Monday through Friday. Made to order items will ship based on the product description page - usually 2 to 3 weeks after you place your order.

GIA/Diamond Certificates are authentic and will be sent with items sold as certified. It is the buyers responsibility to save these certificates for insurance and appraisal needs.

All jewelry is sent in quality boxes. We do not offer gift wrapping because we found people wanted to see the items before they presented them and ultimately paid for gift wrapping they could not use. That being said we understand some people order items and have them sent directly to the recipient with this in mind we are sure to send all items in appropriate boxes.

Each ring is housed in a classic ring box. Box designs vary by brand.

The outside packaging for our orders does not detail what is inside. We try to use non-descript packaging as well as generic labels. Rest assured if you are having this delivered to your house and you live with the recipient of the gift they will not know what is inside the package unless they open it!

If you are sending this to the recipient they will receive a packing slip but it does not contain any pricing information. It will have your name and address and their name and address as well as a description of the contents.

We have several options for determining your ring size...

1. The fastest and most accurate way for you to determine your ring size is to visit your local jeweler and have them measure your finger. This is the only way to be sure you are getting the size you need.

2. Order a Ring Gauge, we can mail to you so you can measure your finger in the comfort of your own home! Click here to order your own gauge.

Below is a ring size conversion chart. We offer this as a guideline only, and cannot be held responsible for any errors if you choose to use this to purchase your ring. We strongly recommend you have your finger professionally measured to avoid any problems.

Please also note some of our rings are wide and you need to take into consideration the wider the band the tighter it will feel on your finger.

For some items we are able to engrave. The cost is $9.97. The character limit is 32 including spaces.

Please email us with your engraving request and we can add it to you order if the ring can be engraved. Please note the engraving fee is non-refundable. In the event you need to return an item for exchange or refund that fee will not be refunded and if you are requesting an exchange if you wish for us to engrave the exchanged ring there will be another $9.97 fee.

Simply choose the ShopPay option in order to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. This will allow you to enter your Credit Card detsils in a secure location.

Jewelry Care - Buying Guide

Keeping jewelry in good condition is relatively easy but does require a little bit of work. Please use the following as a guideline and feel free to email customer support if you have any questions:

  • Remove all jewelry whether gold or sterling silver when you plan on bathing, swimming, getting into a hot tub, washing dishes, or other activities where your hands will have prolonged contact with water. Water contains chlorine which will corrode metals, causing tarnishing or discoloration. Ocean water contains salt which can also damage the metals.
  • Remove all jewelry when you will be doing heavy work with your hands, i.e weight lifting or gardening. This will help prevent scratches or bends.
  • Try to limit the amount of chemicals you use while wearing your jewelry. Colognes, perfumes, soaps, and creams all have the potential to react with your metal.
  • All jewelry will need occasional cleaning local jewelry stores carry a wide range of products.
  • Once a year we are happy to clean and polish all items purchased from us. All we ask is for you to cover the shipping charges. Please contact customer support for more details.
  • When not being worn store your jewelry in a cool, dry environment. We send all our items in ring boxes that work well for storage.
  • Sterling Silver jewelry will tarnish. There is nothing you can do to prevent it but it is very easy to clean. We recommend polishing cloths. You can purchase one directly from us here: Polishing Cloth or at your loc al jewelry store.
  • Gold is lasting and durable, but it can get scratched or dented if treated roughly.
  • Gold's worst enemy is chlorine. Repeated exposure can weaken gold's structure, eventually leading to breakage. Keep your jewelry away from chlorinated cleaning products and out of swimming pools and jacuzzis - hot tubs.
  • Protect your gold jewelry by storing it safely or keeping it wrapped in a soft cloth when not being worn.
  • Clean your gold jewelry with a cleaning solution of sudsy lukewarm water, or bring it to your local jeweler and have it steam-cleaned. Dry and polish jewelry with a chamois or soft cloth after cleaning and rinsing.
  • Keep gold jewelry free from dust, moisture, perspiration and makeup.
  • Always inspect your gold jewelry for weakness or damage and bring it to a professional jeweler for immediate repair. Your jeweler will be able to restore it for you.

  • Like Gold, Sterling Silver jewelry is durable and will last but it requires special care as it is a soft metal and it will tarnish. Oxidation and sulfur are the most common causes of the tarnishing of sterling silver jewelry. Something as simple as excessive perspiration will cause tarnishing.
  • It is best to store sterling silver in air tight containers such as plastic zip lock bags with tarnish resistant papers. However keep in mind anything stored for long periods of time will still tarnish. So wear your jewelry. Some experts believe the naturally occurring oils in our skin will help to keep your sterling silver from tarnishing, but keep in mind we also perspire and this perspiration can cause tarnishing.
  • Clean your sterling silver jewelry with a simple polishing cloth. There are also many commercial dips you can purchase at local jewelers but these are for the silver alone, and not the gemstones featured on many silver rings including our Birthstone rings. So be careful when using these dips as they can change the color and luster of many gems. This is why we recommend polishing cloths vs. chemical dips.
  • We recommend as with any jewelry remove if you will be doing heavy work or gardening, cleaning with harsh chemicals, swimming, or getting into a Jacuzzi or hot tub. Sterling silver is soft and will scratch, be careful what items you wear next to your silver rings to ensure they are not scratching each other.
