The 4 bands puzzle ring I received had scratches on the surface and also the 4 bands do not fit nicely as there are big gaps

One never fully knows what they'll get when ordering online but I'm very pleased with the quality of this ring. Also, some reviews mentioned some styles running small but it fit true to size.

This ring is beautiful and it’s simplicity. It is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s slim but solid and it sparkles in the light. I love how the little knots tied together to form an eternity circle. It also looks really pretty sitting next to my Claddagh ring.

All dealing and communication I have had with this company have been top notch. My new ring is g r e a t and I will probably by another puzzle ring which will make 3 total.

I purchased this ring for my wife about a year ago, a few weeks ago she let me know the gold heart section of the Ring had detached and was lost and she was upset, I did what I normally do and just bought a new ring. I could have reached out to customer service, but I chose to just replace it. Not saying either option was correct, I just solved a problem. The other 4 rings I purchased around the same time are still pristine. So, not a negative review, just an honest one. Things happen and this was not worth getting all worked up over. Love all your products.
