My daughter loves her new ring! It’s beautiful and great quality. When I ordered the ring I had forgotten to put my daughter’s apartment number in the address section. Of course, I panicked and emailed customer service to have it changed before the order went out! They contacted me right away, fixed the problem and the ring went out promptly! The rings are beautiful, but the 6.5 size ring had tool marks on the top band. You do have to look closely, but they are there so that was disappointing. Overall I am happy with the rings. On a personal note my spouse took her ring apart and we cannot put it back together even with the videos and pdf instructions. We thought we were of average intelligence, but apparently not. I would advise not taking your ring apart as I now have to figure out where to take the ring to get it put back together.
