I got a Claddagh ring with a ruby (birth stone) for my adult daughter's birthday in July. The ring began irritating her ring finger and she stopped wearing it because it was breaking the skin. I sent the ring back of examination and repair. I dealt with Tami at Claddagh. She sent me a return shipping label for free. She said she'd have a jeweler either address the problem or send a brand new ring, even though we had the original ring engraved. Within a few weeks the ring was returned. The jeweler had found a spot under the stone that needed filing down and polishing. He fixed it, cleaned it and sent it back to us. My daughter now wears the ring every day and had no further irritation from the ring. Outstanding customer service with a smile. Beautiful ring. My daughter loves the part of her ancestry that is Irish and wears the ring proudly.

My daughter wanted one of these rings because she loves the Irish part of her heritage. She wanted a ruby stone with the ring because its her birth stone. The ring initially irritated her ring finger. We sent it back and now it's perfect. Wonderful customer service on top of highest quality ring. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to gauge the size of a ring from photos alone, which is why we list the measurements in the product description: Face height: 10 mm (heart to crown) and Band width: ~3.8 mm.
