We want you to love your jewelry! Here’s a quick look at our policy:

  • 60-Day Returns – Return unused, unworn items within 60 days of delivery.

  • First Exchange Free – Your first size exchange ships back to you free of charge.

  • Fast Processing – Refunds and exchanges are typically completed within 3 business days.

  • Engraved Items – Can be returned or exchanged, but engraving fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom & Special Orders – Non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • International Orders – Refunds only (exchanges not available).

  • Gift Cards – Non-refundable. Items purchased with a gift card may be returned for exchange or store credit.

Our Location

All returns are processed in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

  • Centrally located — no customs fees on US orders or shipping delays.


60-Day Return Window

  • You have 60 days from receipt of your order to return unused and unworn items for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition, with jewelry tags attached and packaging included.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags may be refused.


Refunds

  • Eligible items may be refunded for 100% of the purchase price.

  • Non-refundable costs: shipping fees (orders under $75, Priority, FedEx, DHL, UPS, International, or Express upgrades).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Certificates (GIA / IGI) must be returned with diamond purchases. Missing certificates will incur a $250 replacement fee.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a gift card may be returned for size exchange, style exchange, or store credit only.


Exchanges

  • First exchange is free (return shipping to us is the customer’s responsibility; shipping back to you is free via USPS First Class Mail).

  • Second and subsequent exchanges: up to a 25% restocking fee may apply.

  • Exchanges are processed within 3 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for your new ring to be made and shipped.

  • Puzzle Rings: must be returned fully solved with the tag attached.

  • Sale items: only valid on in-stock pieces. If a sale item is returned and a new ring must be made, the sale price may not apply.

  • International exchanges: customers cover all shipping costs.


Engraved & Custom Orders

  • Engraved items may be returned or exchanged, but engraving fees are non-refundable.

  • If engraving is needed on an exchanged item, the engraving fee will be charged again.

  • We recommend ordering a ring gauge before engraving to ensure correct sizing.

  • Custom / Special Orders, Mother’s Necklaces, and Mother’s Pendants are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or damaged in shipping.


Shipping Your Return or Exchange

  • Use a secure, trackable carrier (USPS recommended) with insurance.

  • Always return items in the original jewelry box inside a sturdy package.

  • Do not use paper envelopes, as they can tear and damage or lose items.

  • We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • International returns: If using UPS, an additional $28 brokerage fee applies. We recommend insured Postal Air Services instead.


What to Include in Your Package

  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  • Original packaging and jewelry box.

  • GIA / IGI certificates (if applicable).

Failure to include these may delay processing.


Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are typically completed within 3 business days after your item is received and inspected.
