Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.


Our Location

All returns are processed in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

  • Centrally located — no U.S. customs fees or shipping delays.

  • No international transaction fees on U.S. credit card purchases.


60-Day Return Window

  • You have 60 days from receipt of your order to return unused and unworn items for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original condition, with jewelry tags attached and all packaging included.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags may be refused.


Refunds

  • Eligible items may be refunded for 100% of the purchase price.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team before returning it so we can assist you with the appropriate return process.

  • Non-refundable costs: shipping fees (orders under $75, Priority, FedEx, DHL, UPS, International, or Express upgrades).

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt and inspection.

  • Certificates (GIA / IGI) must be returned with any diamond purchase. Missing certificates will incur a $250 replacement fee.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with a Gift Card may be returned for a size exchange, style exchange, or store credit only.


Exchanges

  • First Exchange is Free – customer pays return shipping to us; exchange shipping back to you is free via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Second and subsequent exchanges: up to a 25% restocking fee may apply.

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days.

  • For made-to-order items, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for production and shipping of your new ring.

  • Puzzle Rings must be returned fully solved with the ring tag still attached.

  • Sale Items: Sale prices apply only to in-stock items. If a sale item is returned and a new ring must be made, the sale price may no longer apply.

  • International Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.


Engraved & Custom Orders

  • Engraved items may be returned or exchanged, but engraving fees are non-refundable.

  • If engraving is needed on an exchanged item, the engraving fee will be billed again.

  • We recommend requesting a free ring gauge before engraving to confirm accurate sizing.

  • Custom / Special Orders, Mother’s Necklaces, and Mother’s Pendants are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or damaged in shipping.


Shipping Your Return or Exchange

  • Use a secure, trackable carrier (USPS recommended) with insurance.

  • Always return items in the original jewelry box, placed inside a sturdy shipping box.

  • Do not use paper envelopes — they can tear and cause damage or loss.

  • We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact customer support before returning a damaged item.

  • International Returns: If using UPS, an additional $28 brokerage fee applies. We recommend insured Postal Air Services instead.


What to Include in Your Package

Please include the following items with your return or exchange:

  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  • Original packaging and jewelry box.

  • Any applicable GIA / IGI certificates.

Failure to include these may delay processing.


Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are typically completed within 3 business days after your item is received and inspected.
