The ring is stunning and the customer service was great. Sterling silver is a soft metal so beware of scuffing and scratching. On the first day I wore my ring I noticed a large scuff on the heart of the ring. To no fault of the company, I was just surprised because I didn't do any strenuous work. Take care of it and it will remain a beautiful piece of jewelry!!
