The ring was very lightweight. I was hoping for more substance. The workmanship/mold of the heart wasn't clean.

I will be happy to change my rating (hopefully to 5) when I receive my ring. I was told that a replacement was shipped, but that has also not been received. Disappointing first customer experience for what I had hoped would be the first of a few cherished pieces. Unlikely to order the next item I planned to buy based on this experience.
